A belated Mother's Day spotlight on a builder worth celebrating.
Sarra is a technical writer and mom in Montréal who came to Replit with one goal: turn screen time into something her kids could create with, not just consume.
Her 10-year-old co-built Spark Cleaning with her and placed second out of more than 1,800 submissions at the Replit Global Buildathon. He's now building his second app on his own. Her 11-year-old designed the child-forward interface for a family prayer app and shipped Mes Devoirs, a homework helper with an AI tutor.
Quality family time looks different in this house.
