The target is not the bank teller or the client banker first, but the large internal machine that checks documents, routes approvals, handles compliance files, reconciles records, and keeps banking systems moving.
Banks are especially exposed because much of their back office is structured language work, where LLMs can read forms, compare policies, flag missing data, summarize cases, and pass clean tasks to humans.
