In his new interview Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella warned that AI power is becoming too concentrated for society to treat it as normal tech progress.

His concern is not that AI models are getting smarter, but that the money, chips, data centers, and user access behind them are being controlled by too few firms.

When only a handful of companies can train frontier systems, every business using AI becomes dependent on their prices, rules, failures, and product choices.
