A new GMAC survey of 600+ recruiters found that 1 in 3 employers say they are replacing entry-level jobs with AI.

Tech is hit hardest： 40% of employers in the industry said AI is replacing junior roles， followed closely by manufacturing.

The sharp line from GMAC： "Employers are increasingly using AI to automate routine tasks in areas like coding， data processing， and customer service."

Even MBAs are not fully insulated. Only 13% of employers said they hired more MBA grads in 2025 than the year before， and estimated median MBA starting pay is slipping from $125，000 to $120，000.
