Yesterday， AI startup @skyfallai left stealth and offered $1M to buy a SaaS company that its software would run as CEO autonomously.

This is to achieve their goal of building the First Autonomous Business. They're a neo lab focusing on Continual Learning and World Models to build Enterprise World Models - models that can reason and simulate the multi-layered consequences of different strategic business decisions.

To test the thesis， the startup wants a live business， not a demo.
