Will Depue raises several important points. Over the past three days， things have happened that， in "normal" times， would have occurred months， if not years， apart.

Decades-old mathematical problems are being solved， AI models are discovering zero-day exploits and breaking out， while so much more is happening at the same time.

But I would like to remind everyone of two essential points：

1） "This is the worst it will ever be"： Even though these models are already demonstrating such extraordinary capabilities， it remains true that there is still no end in sight to their capabilities or intelligence. Simply scaling the models， meaning making them larger， continues to produce better results， quite apart from all the other improvements that are already taking place. In short， with upcoming models such as GPT-6 （new pre-training） and Fable 5.1/5， this development will accelerate even further.

2） From the conversations I am having， it still seems that adoption across the business world remains largely in the pilot phase. We have yet to experience the true impact of automating the world of work. We here on Twitter live in a bubble. We are testing state-of-the-art models that 99 percent of other people have never even heard of. Business and science will accelerate even more dramatically in the near future than they already have.

In short， everything we are experiencing right now is nothing more than the prelude to what is still to come. That is what we must not forget.
