BREAKING： Elon Musk fully backs NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang's call for open AI models.

In his first-ever post on X， Jensen shared a letter signed by NVIDIA and other major technology organizations explaining why open-weight models matter.

He argued that open models can accelerate innovation， strengthen safety and cybersecurity， increase competition， lower costs， and allow companies and countries to maintain greater control over their AI.

Jensen added that the world needs both frontier closed models and frontier open models.
