OpenAI has hit back at Apple's trade secrets lawsuit， calling it a "careless， aggressive and oddly personal" attack on the company.

The suit landed last month， when Apple claimed OpenAI stole hardware designs while building AI gadgets of its own.

Apple's filing says more than 400 of its former employees now work at OpenAI， and it names 2 of them.
