The Shanghai-listed company said its board approved a plan to issue H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to support global expansion, attract talent and strengthen corporate governance. For the six months ended June, Moore Threads reported revenue of ¥1.7 billion ($238 million), while its net loss narrowed sharply to ¥11.6 million ($1.6 million) from ¥271 million ($38 million) a year earlier.
