AGIBOT released a video where it puts its A3 humanoid robot into a setting few robotics demos attempt:
A live wuxia-style martial arts sequence against two professional kung fu performers, Fan Shaohuang and Zhang Lanxin.
In "Peerless Master," there's no CG, no post-production effects, and no pre-programmed choreography, A3 is running real-time AI perception and decision-making, reading its opponent's movement and responding with its own dodges, blocks, and counterattacks as the fight unfolds.
The film shows backflips, consecutive flips, and a 450-degree airborne spinning kick. AGIBOT frames this as four systems working in sync: high-dynamic balance, perception-control fusion, dexterous manipulation, and full-body coordination, reflecting the coordination of motion intelligence, interaction intelligence, and task execution intelligence.
Underneath it is real-time perception and control, combining LiDAR, cameras, and posture data to adjust balance, force, and movement at speeds up to 5 m/s. Its OmniHand 3 Ultra-M adds 20 active DoF, moving from powerful sword swings to delicate manipulation like holding a sheet of paper.
The point is less the choreography than the control problem underneath it: staying stable and precise while reacting to a live human opponent in real time, with zero pre-set path to fall back on.
