So if two employees privately discuss why a customer is unhappy, an AI agent may never see that context. If they discuss it in a searchable channel, the agent can later use it to prepare a customer briefing, answer questions, summarize decisions, or help another employee.
Zapier is gamifying public Slack use among executives, with its CEO Wade Foster at 79% and his CMO at 98%, because it wants roughly 80% of leadership messages in searchable channels that AI agents can read and use.
