OpenAI may have solved the Navier–Stokes Millennium Prize Problem

A correct proof would resolve a major mathematical problem. Establishing how much of it the AI developed would also make this a crucial test of AI’s ability to produce original research.

From what I hear, OpenAI will officially position itself and take a stand very soon.
