UPDATE： OpenAI quietly updated their report to say "the models" （that escaped） not "the model"

Yes， we don't know how many agents escaped！

How many are still out there？

What are they doing？

How many escapes have gone unreported/undetected？ Dozens？ Hundreds？

Importantly， it took a *week* for OpenAI to notice its agents had escaped - and they only noticed because *Hugging Face* publicly reported the hack！ The agents were on the loose for days. Would OpenAI have *ever* noticed？
